The Bank was incorporated and officially established on the Twenty-fifth day of May, 1889, when fifteen Roselle residents, as members of the Roselle Building Loan and Savings Association, adopted the “Articles of Incorporation of the Roselle Building and Loan Association”.On the twenty-second day of June, 1889, the Board of Directors of the Roselle Building and Loan Association, unanimously adopted the “Constitution and By-Laws” of the Roselle Building and Loan Association.
