Message from the President
I am pleased to report that marking its 87th year of service as a local community bank, Glen Rock Savings Bank has enjoyed a year of growth and profitability.

For the fiscal year end our assets totaled $139,028,000. Our loan portfolio, consisting primarily of first and second lien residential mortgage and equity loans and lines of credit totaled $101,248,000. As an FDIC insured depository, we were able to provide an increased amount of insurance to existing and new deposit customers alike. At June 30, 2009, our deposits totaled $122,230,000.

Unburdened by sub prime loans or other toxic investments, our asset quality remained strong, contributing to the enhancement of a key measure of safety and soundness- -increased retained earnings. The ratios that determine the Bank's capital adequacy continue to be well in excess of all related federal requirements.

Our banking offices, located in the three northern Jersey communities of Glen Rock, Wyckoff and Hawthorne, offer convenient hours, ample parking and 24 hour banking through our own ATM's, as well as a courteous, dedicated staff. Also located in Hawthorne, our Loan Center provides a variety of lending products and terms to assist with residential property purchases or re-financings. We look forward to adding in the near future the technological enhancement of internet banking to our cache of services.
