Cross River Bank opened its doors on June 23, 2008 after obtaining its FDIC certificate. The Bank's headquarters are located at 885 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey. Cross River Bank received its charter from the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance ("NJDOBI") on February 14, 2008. The Bank was organized to operate as an independent community bank, offering a broad range of services and deposit and loan products to the general public. As a New Jersey state chartered commercial bank insured by the FDIC's Certificate Deposit insurance, CRB is subject to regulation, supervision and control by NJDOBI and the FDIC, respectively.
